Use of the herbal tea Tribulus terrestris
This extraordinary, small pilose medicinal plant originates from the sandy coasts of China and Japan, from which it spread to arid regions all around the world. Active ingredients
Dried and shredded stem/leaf of the puncture vine (Tribulus terrestris) plant.
Preparation and Suggested Use
Pour 0.25 litre of boiling water over ½ teaspoon (0.5g) of puncture vine per each 30 kg of bodyweight and let infuse for 15 minutes.
Divide the infusion into 2-3 daily doses and drink half an hour before the meal. Do not exceed recommended daily dose (max. 2g per day)! Do not use when suffering from anaemia.
WARNINGS
Do not take during pregnancy and nursing. Keep out of the reach of children.
